Affiliate Disclosure
AlgoGrade is reader-supported. When you click certain links on this site and make a purchase or sign up, I may earn a commission at no additional cost to you.
What this means in practice
Some of the product links on AlgoGrade are affiliate links. If you click one and sign up for a service, the company pays me a referral fee. This is how I keep the lights on and continue testing products with real money.
You pay exactly the same price regardless of whether you use my affiliate link or go directly. In many cases, my link will give you a discount.
How affiliate relationships affect ratings
They don't. My ratings are based on my actual testing experience, not on commission rates. A platform that pays me 40% commission will receive a lower score than one paying 10% if that's what the data shows.
I have turned down review requests from companies offering high commissions for positive coverage. If I wouldn't use the product myself, I won't recommend it regardless of the payout.
Which links are affiliate links?
Every post that contains affiliate links displays a yellow disclosure banner at the top. Affiliate links are also marked with rel="sponsored" in the HTML. If you're unsure, assume any link to an external trading platform or tool is an affiliate link.
Compliance
This disclosure complies with the United States Federal Trade Commission (FTC) guidelines on endorsements and testimonials (16 CFR Part 255) and equivalent regulations in other jurisdictions.
